Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings and services made through Arosa-Stay. By booking accommodation, guests accept these terms.
 

2. Booking and Payment

A booking becomes binding once it has been confirmed by the guest and acknowledged by Arosa-Stay in writing or electronically. The payment terms specified on the booking platform shall apply.
 

3. Cancellation and Rebooking

Cancellations and rebookings are subject to the conditions stated at the time of booking. A fee may be charged for short-notice cancellations.
 

4. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is available from the first day of the booking starting at [e.g. 4:00 PM], and check-out must take place by [e.g. 10:00 AM] on the final day. Exceptions are only possible upon prior agreement.
 

5. Use of the Accommodation

The accommodation may only be used by the number of persons specified in the booking. Events, parties, or subletting are not permitted without explicit approval.
 

6. Damages and Liability

Guests are liable for any damage caused by themselves or their accompanying travelers during their stay. Arosa-Stay accepts no liability for guests’ personal belongings.
 

7. Data Protection

Personal data is treated confidentially and used solely for the purpose of processing bookings. For further details, please refer to the Privacy Policy.
 

8. Final Provisions

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Swiss law shall apply.
