Refund Policy
Disclaimer
1. General
With every booking through Arosa-Stay, you accept the following refund policy. These govern the conditions under which a partial or full refund may be issued.
2. Cancellations by the guest
Cancellation and refund conditions are based on the cancellation policy agreed upon at the time of booking. Unless otherwise agreed, the following standards apply:
- Free cancellation possible up to 30 days before arrival.
- 50% refund if cancelled up to 14 days before arrival.
- No refund for later cancellation or no-show.
3. Cancellations by Arosa-Stay
Should Arosa-Stay have to cancel a booking for unforeseeable reasons (e.g. force majeure, technical problems or uninhabitable accommodation), guests will receive a full refund of the amount already paid.
4. Refund procedure
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for booking. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider (typically 5-10 business days).
5. Disclaimer
Arosa-Stay assumes no liability for refunds if the guest is prevented from arriving due to circumstances such as illness, weather conditions or travel obstacles, unless travel cancellation insurance is in place.
