These terms and conditions apply to all bookings and services made through Arosa-Stay. By booking accommodation, guests accept these terms and conditions.

2. Booking and payment

The booking becomes binding once it has been confirmed by the guest and reconfirmed by Arosa-Stay in writing or electronically. The payment terms specified on the booking platform apply.

3. Cancellation and rebooking

Cancellations and rebookings are subject to the terms and conditions specified at the time of booking. A fee may be charged for last-minute cancellations.

4. Arrival and departure

Arrival is possible from [e.g., 4:00 PM] on the first day of booking, and departure is possible until [e.g., 10:00 AM] on the last day. Exceptions are only possible after consultation.

5. Use of the accommodation

The accommodation may only be used by the specified number of people. Events, parties, or subletting are not permitted without express permission.

The guest is liable for any damage caused by him or her or fellow travelers during his or her stay. Arosa-Stay assumes no liability for guests' personal belongings.

8. Final provisions

Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Swiss law shall apply.
